Product exactly as advertised. Unexpected shipping upgrade was nice, too. Absolutely will do business with you again. And did I mention the $5 off coupon? Only lesson I learned: Thursday afternoon orders don't arrive until Monday. Not your fault; I should have ordered sooner. Suggested bumper sticker: "I get a charge out of Diamondback Battery."

Thank you for replacing the replacement power transformer as quickly as you did.
I have received the new charger and I've only had it plugged in for about 15 mins. But I've already got a 14% charge.
The old charger has been sent back with the Fed-Ex driver and I hope that this corrects all my power problems.

You guys are the greatest. I own the Sony HX1 camera and I ordered my battery w/charger yesterday and received it today. I put the battery in my camera and it works! My battery is now charging up! The great thing is that the battery charger also has a cord for my car.
 Now that I can charge my battery in the car, you have given my camera greater value. I had plans on going on vacation starting tomorrow on a long road trip and so this is perfect!
I will certainly use the $5 coupon to order another of the same battery, only this time won't be in such a hurry. I'll also let everyone I know where they can find batteries and chargers at a reasonable price.

I recently purchased a laptop batter.  I need to return it.  It turns out that t it was not the battery at all but the adapter.  The battery was never charged - b/c the adapter was broken.
Please let me know what I need to do in order to return it.  It is still within the 30 day return policy.
Btw - just let me say that I was very impressed and happy with the customer service I received when I placed the order for the battery.   The woman I spoke with was wonderful!  I remember hanging up the phone and thinking 'it was so great to actually speak with someone who was genuinely interested and truley helpful and nice.'

Ok, I'm impressed.  I just received the replacement battery and it's working exactly as it should.  I greatly appreciate such efficient and fast service. The battery, the return packaging and prepaid return postage, are marks of high quality in customer service.  I'd like to particularly thank you for the courteous way you handled the request.  So often, techincal support services make it very difficult to come to an agreement about a solution, frequently putting the customer in a defensive position.  My experience here, was far from that. It was polite and actually pleasant.  I told many people at work about this positive customer service experience, and yes, I told them who they should buy batteries from.
I have installed the replacement battery, and it has charged fully and is working correctly.  I'll be sending back the failed battery today or
tomorrow when I can get to a FedEx drop point.

Hi, This is monica b. and i just recently received my battery charger that i ordered from you, and my battery does not fit in it. I have a Kodak Easyshare z760 and it will not charge my battery. my battery just lays in it. it leans forward and will not even stand up right in the charger for it to charge. So i need someone to respond back to me to let me know what to do from here so i can send it back. I was very happy with my service. I got my charger right when i was supposed to and i am very happy about that. I think you guys are a great company, but my battery will not fit. Your camera can use both the klic 5000 battery and the 5001 and it just depends which battery you have to determine which charger you need.  You're actually using the 5000 battery which doesn't go with this charger, it uses the np-60 charger(np-60 and klic 5000 battery are the same) so they use the same charger.  We are reshipping you the correct charger by fedex overnight and the tracking number is 86. . . . . . . . which is expected to arrive by friday and a prepaid return envelope has been included as well for the other charger.  If you have any questions or concerns you can contact us at 1.877.277.9595 or by simply sending us an email.(I hope I didn't confuse you there with the batteries and chargers)

Happy Holidays to you too. The more I think about this, it deserves even more thanks than I gave. Many companies would have shipped a replacement, but not many would be willing to overnight it. This charger is for my teenage daughter's laptop and, despite frugal use, she ran out of battery on the 12th. She's been without a computer for a number of days now and is starting
to have serious internet withdrawal. ;)
We have three laptops in our household. The next time I have a charger issue, you can bet DiamondBack will be the first place I look for a replacement, and assuming you have the part I need, DiamondBack will be the only place I look and you can bet I'll recommend you to my friends and work colleagues as well. Too few companies have decent customer service these days; finding one that does is a breath of fresh air. So THANK YOU!

I also wanted to tell you that I found your website through Google.  Because I didn't see any certifications on your site, I was nervous about ordering from the site.  I went to you site directly and then paid through paypal instead of entering my credit card.  It really helps make people feel secure when ordering on line if you have a certified site.  The other thing that made me nervous is the fact that your company email address is a gmail account.  If the company is new I can understand that you have a lot of start of costs.  With so many scams coming through sent from free email accounts, it would serve you better if you had a more official email contact for the company.  I hope your company succeeds and does well and I just wanted to give you some feedback.

I called you guys about 11 a.m. Tuesday and ordered some Canon camera batteries, with 2-day shipping.
I'm going backpacking this weekend and realized I had lost my only spare battery. Photography is a main reason I go, but I'm too cheap to pay for overnight when overnight shipping would about equal the batteries. So I picked 2-day and hoped.
Now here it is, barely 24 hours later, and I already have my batteries from you.

Your customer service has been one of the best that I have encountered concerning anything to do with computers and peripherals. I found you on the website after my Dell 6400 battery died and Dell wanted $129.99 plus tax & S&H. Since it only lasted slightly under 1 year I was not crazy about spending ~ $150.00/yr. for a new battery. There customer service stated this was the typical life of the battery. I found your website and did not know exactly which battery I needed. I called your listed number and a very nice young man told me what I needed and stated that you were out of batteries and they should be in, in 2 days. He took my e-mail address and stated he would e-mail me when they arrived. It was ~ 1 week and just as I was going to call your company, I received an apologetic e-mail for the longer delay that I was original told with a link directly to your website and the battery I needed. I place the order that evening and received 2 confirmations. The next day I received an e-mail the battery had shipped and ~ 11/2 day after that I received the battery by FedEx as promised. The battery and all this service for $59.00!!!! I am confident the battery will last better than the OEM, based on all the rest of the positive experience I have had.
