Original shipping is non-refundable

 

Any item can be returned for any reason within the first 30 days after purchase

for refund or replacement, but both shipping charges to ship and return the item(s) are non-refundable( some exceptions applied).

Any order over $50.00 (where you did not pay for shipping)

returned for refund within the first 30 days will require a $5.00 restock fee.

All merchandise can be returned for replacement for

a period of one calendar year from original purchase date.

 

 

 

If you somehow ordered the wrong merchandise,

we will exchange it for the correct item, as long as we carry it. 

However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost by 1st Class Mail,

which is non-refundable and there will also be a $5.00 reshipping fee.

 

If you received a defective item or were shipped an item different than what you ordered,

we will reship the same item and include a Prepaid Return Envelope.

 

If you receive a defective item, a replacement will be sent in lieu of return of defective item.
